The complete field toolkit

Four tools.
One app.

Every step of your post-capture workflow, purpose-built for the sideline.

01
Import

Scan your SD card, detect locked/protected photos, and import directly to the Files app or Photos library. Or skip the reader entirely — Live Import pulls frames straight off the camera over USB.

Free + Pro
02
Meta

Full IPTC metadata editing with Field Templates, Smart Fields, and Shortcodes. Caption before you leave the sideline. Batch-apply to hundreds of photos in seconds.

Pro
03
Edit

Crop, adjust, and deliver polished images without opening a laptop. RAW support, curves, white balance, and subject masks that isolate the player from the background.

Pro
04
Upload

SFTP, FTP, and HTTP upload to any server. Save profiles for your wire service, team server, or client. On the wire before the other photographers pack up.

Live Import

Leave the reader
in the bag.

Plug the camera into your iPad and PhotoFieldKit pulls frames off the card directly — no reader, no card swap, no walking back to the bench between quarters.

Filter to locked frames only, apply your Field Template and rename tokens as files land, and skip duplicates automatically. The session closes itself when the card scan finishes.

Pro Feature

Shortcodes

Type a number.
Get the name.

Load a sheet of codes for the roster, the venue, the phrases you retype every match. Type the code in any metadata field and PhotoFieldKit expands it — jersey number to full name, abbreviation to full team.

Bring in sheets in the alternate format used by major desktop tools, or build your own. When two sheets define the same code, you see the conflict before it costs you a caption — never after.

Dead simple

Import.
Caption. Deliver.

The fastest path from SD card to wire service — built for photographers who can't afford to be slow.

01
Pull from the card

Insert your SD card or CFExpress reader — or connect the camera itself over USB. PhotoFieldKit scans instantly, detects locked and protected photos, and imports only what you need.

02
Caption on the spot

Apply your pre-built Field Template — photographer, event, copyright — already filled in. Add player details and captions while the action is still live on the field.

03
File before they pack up

Upload directly to your server over SFTP. Your editor gets selects while the other photographers are still at the camera table wondering where the WiFi went.
